Luyan Li
has four years of valuation experience and six years of performing accounting and tax services.  Luyan's experiences encompass hands-on accounting; accounting compilation, review and audit; financial analysis and due diligence review; and tax return preparation and review for both commercial and individual accounts.  Luyan has worked with a large and small accounting firm, as well as within the industry.  For her business valuation experience, she has conducted and participated in business valuations on over one hundred companies in various industries for purposes such as estate and gift taxation, shareholder buy-out, acquisitions, buy-sell agreements, ESOP, etc. She has trained and mentored staff analysts and accountants and reviewed their work.

At Alan D. Lasko & Associates, P.C., Ms. Li has engaged in a number of bankruptcy and receivership case projects, including estate tax return preparation and review; forensic accounting reviews; asset distributions; reorganization plan preparation and negotiation; Sec. 363 auction due diligence package preparation; restructuring process review; monthly operating reports; and other assistance as requested by Trustees, Receivers, Debtors and Creditors' Committee Counsels.  Ms. Li has also worked with business owners concerning the preparation and review of cash flow projections and business plans for SBA loan purposes.  She has published articles in the field of business valuation and forensic accounting with the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC).
